How To Progress Strength Training with Osteoporosis
Welcome Back Rheumatology Fans,
I have taught quite a few courses over the years, I wish I kept count actually but I didn’t realise in the beginning it would form a career that currently has lasted a decade. Anyway, I am immediately sidetracked.
95% of the courses I have done have centred around recognition of Rheumatological conditions and the processes following that, less have been about management. When I do talk about management it is very theoretical and I have been rightly critiqued for that.
I therefore am going to endeavour to change that. Below are two videos related to loading and Osteoporosis. Now, are these super polished instagram videos with high production value and sketchy attention grabbing garbage contents? No. I hope they contain something more… Good information.
Check them out, give me some feedback. Ask for more, I have a million ideas but would prefer to go for what people would like to see!
